Commercial Renovation & Design-Build

One Team From the First Sketch to the Final Walkthrough

Renovating a commercial space usually means juggling a designer, a general contractor, a permit process, and a long list of trades. Every handoff is a chance for delays, mixed messages, and surprise costs. And while the work drags on, your staff, residents, or guests are the ones who feel it.

At Lehigh Valley Kitchen & Bath, we take that weight off your shoulders. Our in-house designer plans the space and prepares the drawings, and we manage the permit process for you. Then our project team coordinates every trade on site, from electrical and plumbing to flooring and finish carpentry.

Your project is planned, designed, and permitted before construction starts. You get one point of contact and one team accountable for the result. It is the same design-build approach behind our kitchens and bathrooms, now applied to offices, apartment buildings, and community spaces across the Lehigh Valley.

Spaces We Renovate

Every building has its own rules, users, and schedule. Here are the commercial spaces we help Lehigh Valley organizations plan and build.

Senior Living & Care Facilities

Resident bathrooms, dining rooms, common areas, and staff spaces designed for safety, comfort, and easy upkeep. We plan layouts and work schedules around residents, staff, and daily care routines.

Warehouses & Industrial Facilities

Employee break rooms, cafeterias, restrooms, locker areas, and on-site offices. Durable finishes and smart layouts help these spaces hold up to heavy daily use, shift after shift.

Churches & Community Buildings

Fellowship halls, meeting and conference rooms, kitchens, restrooms, and entryways. We help congregations and community groups create spaces that welcome everyone.

Offices & Professional Spaces

Office build-outs, reception areas, conference rooms, break rooms, and restrooms. We design around how your team actually works.

Hotels & Restaurants

Guest bathrooms, lobbies, dining areas, and restrooms that make a strong first impression and stand up to constant traffic.

Retail, Mixed-Use & Multi-Unit Properties

Tenant-ready renovations, storefront updates, and apartment unit renovations that help property owners attract and keep good tenants.

Commercial Design-Build Services

Whether you are updating a staff restroom or renovating an entire building, our team handles the full scope of work.

Interior Renovations & Build-Outs: New layouts, walls, ceilings, doors, and finishes for offices, tenant spaces, and community rooms.

Commercial Restroom Renovations: Durable tile, modern fixtures, ventilation, and accessible layouts planned around the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design.

Break Rooms, Cafeterias & Staff Kitchens: Custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and layouts that keep busy teams moving.

Flooring & Tile for High-Traffic Areas: Porcelain, ceramic, luxury vinyl, and natural stone selected to handle daily wear.

Electrical, Lighting & Plumbing Upgrades: Panel upgrades, layered lighting, and modernized plumbing, coordinated by our team.

Structural Changes: Wall removals and layout reconfigurations to open up or divide a space, with structural engineering wherever the work requires it.

Exterior Updates: Facade, entryway, and exterior improvements that refresh how your building looks from the street.

Design, Drawings & Permits: Space planning, 3D renderings, construction drawings, and permit management with your municipality.

Why Lehigh Valley Organizations Work With Us

One Team, One Point of Contact

You should not have to manage a designer, a contractor, and a dozen subcontractors. As a true one-stop shop, we handle design, permits, electrical, plumbing, and construction. Our project manager keeps you updated from day one to the final walkthrough.

Design Expertise Under the Same Roof

Our design work is led by Ali, who holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology, is an Associate AIA member, and is a LEED Green Associate. You see 3D renderings of your space before any work begins, so decisions are made on paper, not on the job site. When a project calls for sealed drawings, we bring in licensed Pennsylvania architects and engineers and coordinate their work with ours.

Planned, Designed, and Permitted Before We Build

Layout, finishes, drawings, and permits are settled before construction starts. That means fewer surprises once crews are on site and fewer disruptions for the people who use your building.

Upfront Pricing Your Board Can Approve

We provide clear, upfront pricing before construction starts. That makes it easier for owners, boards, and committees to budget, compare, and approve with confidence.

You Get What You See

The tile, cabinetry, and finishes you approve during design are what we install, unless we agree on a change with you in writing. No quiet swaps for lower-grade lookalikes.

Licensed, Insured, and Experienced

We are a licensed and insured design-build contractor backed by more than 25 years of combined construction and design experience. We are glad to provide documentation on request during your bidding or approval process.

Local and Close By

Our office is in Bethlehem, so we are nearby for site visits, meetings, and questions while your project is underway.
